OUR STORY

It all started as many great things start, in a spare bedroom in their home. Young couple Emma & Thomas already had successful careers in the workwear industry, but felt that something was missing! Customers were being overwhelmed with the huge amount of similar products offered to them and had no way of knowing which were the best quality. The couple also felt as though customers weren’t gettting the level of service they deserved and that the majority or time was given to pleasing the corporate giants, and not looking after the little guys.
With a clear vision on how to treat all customers with the same friendly service and advice, along with creating Workwear Bundles that contained everything a customer might need to fill their uniform needs, Customise It Now was born. Established in 2014, the company continues to have the same values as it had back then. It’s no longer a spare bedroom setup though. Our 4500 square foot premise houses state of the art decorating machinery and the company has grown substantially year on year.
Thomas tragically passed away in 2018, but this only pushed Emma and the team to succeed more.

My lifes mission is to make Thomas’ dream a reality. We have already grown so much since his passing and it’s all down to the loyal and hardworking staff we have. He would be extremley proud.”

Customise It Now pride themselves on not only making their customers happy, but also ensuring that staff are looked after. Staff have gone through many training programmes, internal development and promotion. We believe if our staff are happy, everything else will fall into place.

In 2014, Emma founded Customise It Now with a vision to make ordering workwear seamless and provide the utmost care and service to customers. Emma continues to be a driving force in the company’s daily operations. With a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a wealth of experience, Emma leverages her expertise to propel the continuous growth of Customise It Now.

Prioritizing employee job satisfaction, Emma firmly believes that happy employees are more productive and deliver top-quality products to our customers. Emma’s beloved poochon, Ted, also holds a special role as the company’s Chief Morale Officer, spreading joy and positivity in the office each day.

Arianne Simmons

Operations Manager

Having been with Customise It Now for over 5 years, Arianne started as an embroidery machinist and quickly rose through the ranks due to her exceptional attention to detail and versatility in various roles within the company. Now serving as our Operations Manager, Arianne has played a key role in streamlining our operations and creating a more efficient work environment.

Arianne’s dedication to the company is palpable, as she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly for our customers. As the head of materials management and leader of our team, Arianne’s skills and expertise are instrumental in driving the continued growth of Customise It Now.
