DTF Gang Sheets

To achieve maximum print quality, artwork must be supplied as:

• High-resolution CMYK, PNG, EPS or PDF files

• Ganged up on a 540mm x 1000mm per sheet

• Outlined fonts and links embedded

You do not need to mirror your artwork, we will take care of this prior to printing.

DTF Gangsheets are printed exactly as supplied, we do not redraw the artwork for these. If unsure please give us a call.

If you artwork is too large to email, please send via WeTransfer including your order number.

Our direct to film transfers (DTF transfers) are printed using the highest quality inks and are supplied fully cured and ready to press.

Professional quality DTF printing equipment is both large and costly.

Customise It Now offers next working day delivery on all DTF print orders placed before 11am so that anyone can offer professional grade DTF transfer prints with nothing more than an entry level heat press.

Your order will be shipped in a robust cardboard tube via DHL courier.

Our DTF transfer prints are supplied ready to press. There’s no need to apply any further adhesive.

Simply trim the DTF sheet with scissors and place under a heat press @ 155C for 12 seconds with moderate pressure.

Allow the DTF transfer print a few seconds to cool before peeling off the transfer film. Finally repress for a couple of seconds with no cover sheet.

Excess film won’t leave residue so trimming the DTF transfer print is purely for convenience.
